WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
– We process orders Monday through Friday (“days” here is “business days”). All of the items in our store are made-to-order, each item needs at least 7 – 9 business days for production and packing procedure.
– The shipping times in the table below apply to regions such as US, CA, AU, EU.
– Please note that due to shipping unit limitations, shipping time to remote overseas states such as PR (Puerto Rico), or the islands of HI (Hawaii) and AK (Alaska) will take between 30 – 60 working days. Please do not choose and pay for the Fast Shipping option for these states.
– All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.
CARRIER CONTACT INFORMATION
Shipping carriers: USPS, DHL, EMS, Yun Express, Local Post… More than 80% of packages are using USPS shipping carriers.
Important: The national carriers will use regional carriers to deliver your package when the package arrives at the destination country. When this happens, please contact them or us at: email@example.com to get accurate information about your shipment.
More than 97% of packages are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make it right!
Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
– We only offer single-destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.
How to Check/Track order status?
– If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

I never received my package, what should I do?
– Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
– If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, you can request a refund or request to have the order re-sent. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make it right! Conversely, if less than the above time, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
