Refund and Returns Policy

– Our return/refund/exchange policy allows for requests within 30 days from the delivery date. Case of return/exchange:

  • The printed image is blurry.
  • The image on the shirt is off-center.
  • The wrong item was sent, not matching the order.
  • Damaged during delivery (torn, dirty, etc.).
  • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order.
  • Other errors on our part.

– Please note that returns/ exchanges are only issued for items that must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

– We appreciate your understanding if you need to EXCHANGE a product due to the unforeseen issues mentioned above. Rest assured, we are here to help and assist you in doing this.

– We will process your request within 1 – 2 business days. The time for an exchanged/returned product to reach you may vary based on your location.


If a package has an incorrect or incomplete address, it will automatically be returned to us after reaching the local post office in the destination country. We strongly encourage you to carefully verify your contact information when entering it into our system. Sometimes, the local post or courier may hold the parcel for up to 30 days, so it’s advisable to contact them promptly for any necessary address corrections.

Should you realize an error in the address that causes delivery failure, please inform us via email and provide the correct shipping details. We will ask the logistics and assist you as soon as possible.


Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions, natural disasters
  • International customs procedures
  • Lost mail after delivery (beyond customer control)

  • Refund Amount: We will refund 100% of the total order amount.

    – Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
    – Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
