You got some package/s but not all your order. Item/s you mentioned above are missed.
This happens when we sent your order separately and they have not been delivered yet or we did miss some item. Please check if there is any tracking number showing "in transit". If not, please send us some actual photos/videos of what you got and our shipping label. We will check if we have other package in transit then may send the missed one ASAP.
